Connecting handicraft and shamanism, each participant will make a completely unique drum. We gather information from the spirit world and "make it visible". We use shamanic methods and nature's power to help us in the process. We get also ideas about how we can maintain a strong connection with the spirit-world in our daily life. Song, dance and ancient healing-ceremonies are woven together with handicraft and wilderness experience. While the drum grows we connect with our creative power which we will use for healing body and soul. Participants must have a basic introduction into Core-shamanism from before and feel familiar with shamanic journeying. Advanced skills in handicraft are not required, everybody who thinks, "I can’t do that" is especially welcome.

Material to make a drum is included in the workshop-price: 1 handmade drum-frame of mountain-pine, oval or round Ø 35-50cm 1 drumskin of reindeer or goat, ca. 30 wooden nails to attach the skin, different natural remedies for coloring the skin, sheep-wool for felting a drumstick
